I want to give a huge shout-out to Julia for her outstanding customer service during the hectic Valentine's Day rush! Not only was she friendly, efficient, and accommodating with my last-minute order, but she also went above and beyond by holding the flowers for me and providing clear instructions on how to place the order online for a different item. She even tracked the order, sent me updates, and ensured everything went smoothly. Julia truly made the entire experience wonderful, and I can't thank her enough! Will definitely order from you again!

When buying the corsage we made a request for the ribbon in the corsage to be changed. It was easy to request when ordering online and was done as requested when we came to pick up. The flowers were fresh and our experience was great. Thanks so much we will be back soon.
