My sister was thrilled! I ordered from 4 different florists over Christmas and this was by far the best experience. Others failed in one way or another, including cancelling an order at the last minute. I'll have to chase my refund. Beware of 'family-owned,' 'local florist,' and other misrepresentations you'll discover only when you try to figure out what happened get a refund. Support local florists by calling them directly and double-checking phone numbers, web domains and anything else that will provide transparency. (No, I'm not being paid.
